Wait Time

The current wait time is 1-2.5 weeks.

  • We are proud to have a wait list considered lengthily! We have one of the best, most unique products and some of the most viral custom work out there. We have earned a long list of clients, repeat business and new customers daily that we have worked a long time to get. So our wait time has increased as our exposure¬†continues to grow.

  • We have orders that are placed via¬†multiple avenues; here, ebay, amazon, artfire, etc..¬†Including private orders placed directly via messaging¬†systems like the Facebook and Instagram DMs or in person here in Maryland. We have to account for and include all these orders into the same estimated wait time as accurately¬†as possible. This takes time.¬†

  • WE ARE NOT ROBOTS OR MACHINES. There is no factory pumping these crazy kicks out 10 at a time. They are hand-painted painstakingly and very tediously by ONE artist, Sierato. This takes time to attempt artistic perfection¬†on each pair. We make videos and imagery that tends to make this all look much easier then it really is. However, do not be mistaken!¬†What you don't see is that 1 minute Instagram video or 10 minute YouTube is really sometimes 10-20 hours of work condensed.¬†Rushing your artist is a NO NO. It will only lead to rushed mistakes. Let him create in peace one time, correctly and you'll get a product that will last a whole lot longer then you waited! ¬†¬†

Unfortunately you are not special. Many people ask this question and you all receive the same answer. I will rush your order to within one 3 days if you pay twice the amount we original discussed. "Dang...that's a lot...why so much?" Because you are attempting to skip the line of people who came before you and are patiently waiting. I can move things around to accommodate every one but it is not easy or cheap. Be prepared and order in advance or have deep pockets.  

We ship literally everywhere a plane will land. The wait list for creation is the same. 1 - 2.5 weeks. Then you will have to wait 1 week approx. for your product to arrive after being shipped. This takes longer due to the greater distance the package must travel and to include for any customs checks it may go through.

Before you buy, READ THIS!

ALL custom painted items will have some slight variances. They are created by hand, not machine. They will not be identical. It is impossible. So items like Galaxy prints and drip patterns will vary. All items purchased will look similar of course and be easily identifiable as the item you purchased, they just may not match exactly. BE AWARE before you buy.

  • All shoes are photographed upon completion for photo evidence that your shoes are correct and approved before shipping. ¬†So please be careful as no refunds or discounts will be given for a damaged products AFTER arrival.

All shoes will come in men's sizing unless otherwise requested.

No refunds will be given after 24 hours as all base shoes are customized specifically for you and cannot be returned to our suppliers once the process has begun.

All international customs fees are your responsibility as a customer so be aware of your countries shipping fees before you purchase. We can'not provide that information for you. Nor will we pay any fees for you due to you being unaware.

All sizing is done on the Men's U.S. chart for all orders. If you have international sizing please convert your size to the U.S. chart when selecting your size. This is easily done via a google search or by checking the size tag in any shoes you own.  

Can I send in my shoes?

SURE! Just make sure they are at least "B" level or maybe an 7 out of 10. The better the condition the better the finished product. Send a brand new pair if possible. 

Just head over to our "Contact Page" and send us a message using your preferred method. Make sure you know what shoe you want to use and you tell us in your message what your budget for your project is. Shoes you send in must be all white or mostly white. 

No. We will work out an estimated wait time at the time of your message. 1 of 1 orders generally take more work so expect the wait time to be at least a month unless we say otherwise. 

All orders were placed on an email invoice system with custom pricing we will work out with you directly. 

Returns

9 times out of 10. There are no returns accepted. 

However, should you find yourself in the rare situation where we have made a mistake, we will certainly correct it for you. That normally requires a return of your item. 

Here's how that works…


If it is a custom handmade sneaker, absolutely not. No refunds will be given after 24 hours as all base shoes are customized specifically for you and cannot be returned to our suppliers once the process has begun. You ordered it, so you got it. There is no changing your mind. The "Terms & Conditions" page was presented to you at the time of your order and were made aware of all details relating to custom work. 

If it is a non-custom item (say shoes from our consignment section, phone cases, incorrect T-shirt sizes, etc...) and you have received the completely incorrect item, email us a picture of the item you received so we can verify the mistake, and a shipping label will be sent to you for you to return the item to use free of charge via 2 day USPS service.

However shipping is done by an outside service and involves elements we can'not control. Therefore we can'not take any liability for shipping damage. We add multiple layers of protection to your items to prevent crushing, including double boxing. And to protect ourselves all items are inspected and photographed prior to shipping. 

We ship using USPS priority service with tracking and $200 of insurance provided. You can always request and pay additional fees to have a larger amount of insurance coverage. Simply email/text to do so. "Contact Us"

Shipping

You are presented with two options when choosing your shipping options, USA only & International. If you are located outside of the United States you MUST chose the global option. If you do not your item will be held and not shipped until the correct amount is paid via invoice. This will cost you a non refundable fee of $15 USD for the inconvenience you will have caused our operations due to you simply not following instructions. Don't be that person...please!

ABSOLUTELY! Never would we ever sell or customize fakes. All shoes are purchased with receipts from retail locations (Foot Locker, Champs, etc..) or our trusted consignment supplier 9 Out of 10 Sneaker Boutique.

ALL website listings include the base shoe needed to produce the final custom piece shown. Simply, If the listing lets you select your shoe size, it includes the base shoe.

Our artist is massively talented and has created for many celebrities and

others of note. He can surely create almost anything for you. If the design you want is not already listed on the site, you must consult us via our "Contact Us" page. You'll find all the details needed to proceed and create your 1 of 1 commission. Have your budget in mind already. One offs demand more work, time, and effort and have a minimum of $1000 USD normally, they are not cheap!

Normally the answer is no. Sierato specializes in 1 of 1's that are by nature "Never to be recreated". Likely you'll have to settle for something similar yet slightly different. You wouldn't want me selling your idea to someone else either I bet!

Our artist will never duplicate another artists work. Us respectable customizers all work for a living and don't bite each other, nor steal each others swag. If you do you wont last long! However we will do our best to help you come up with something that will work for you.

Wearable art has its limits, just like hanging works of art. My custom kicks are intended for light everyday, casual wear, not rough athletic wear. DON'T HOOP IN EM IF YOU WANT THEM TO LAST UN-SCUFFED! With proper care custom kicks can last indefinitely. My customs use water proof and flexible leather paints. They are finished with protective varnishes. from my sponsors at Liquid Kicks and will resist light wear.

However scraping or rough wear will inevitably break down clear coats and compromise the art. Even dyed soles will wear down eventually to reveal the original sole color, rubber is non-absorbent, it is not a sponge or a fabric, rubber is non-porous and it is tinted on the surface when dyed. not throughout like a piece of cloth being dyed. The sides of your dyed soles will last indefinitely, and with care so will the bottoms. Keep in mind the larger of a person you are, the more care is needed when walking on concrete and rough surfaces, your soles will wear down faster due to gravity and physics. Wear with care! Protect your investment so our product can continue to elevate your footwear lifestyle.

I ship USPS 2 day priority service for Fedex Overnight Service.  All orders have tracking and will include extra insurance.
